It’s uncommon in our industry to share this level of detail, but we believe that being clear about our costs and standardized rates helps build trust with our customers, employees, and community. We have nothing to hide; our goal is to give you all the information you need to decide whether we’re the right fit for your lawn care needs.
That said, we’re not the right company for everyone. If someone is looking for discounts, bartering, or price‑matching, Morgandale may not be the service for them. Our pricing is standardized across all services because we’re committed to running a financially sustainable business that can support our customers for years to come. We’re not the cheapest option in town, but we’re far from the most expensive, and we’re always working to improve our efficiency so we can offer the best value possible.
Lawn Mowing Cost
Our goal is to keep pricing simple, transparent, and fair. We use standardized rates for lawn mowing based on your property’s square footage. While several factors can raise or lower the final price, these guidelines provide a general starting point. Prices are per mowing service on a weekly or bi‑weekly schedule. All customers are required to be on a weekly schedule from March through the end of June, with the option to switch to bi‑weekly during the summer.
Variables That Affect the Price
Shape
A clean, rectangular lawn takes significantly less time to mow than a yard with curves, flowerbeds, obstacles, or tight areas. More complexity means more trimming and maneuvering, which increases service time.
Access
Limited access can affect the equipment we’re able to use. Narrow gates prevent us from bringing in larger mowers, which increases the time needed to service fenced‑in backyards. Long driveways or properties with limited parking for our truck and trailer can also add time. A lawn located close to where we park will cost less than one that requires extra setup or walking distance.
