Morgandale Lawn Service

 Pricing Summary

Here at Morgandale, we understand that price is a big part of the buying decision and want to be open and transparent about our pricing structure. It is uncommon in our industry to share this information, but I believe that by making our costs, expenses, and prices transparent we will earn the trust of our Customers, employees, and community. We have nothing to hide and want to give our Customers all the information they need to determine if we are the right fit for their lawn care maintenance.

That being said, we are not the right landscape company for some homeowners and Customers. If someone is looking for price discounts, bartering, or price-matching... Morgandale is not the service for them. We have standardized pricing on all the services we perform. We strive to make a financially-sustainable business that can serve our Customers far into the future. We aren't the lowest price in town, but we certainly are not the most expensive. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our efficiency within the company in order to give our Customers the best price possible.

Lawn Mowing Cost

Our goal is to make our pricing simple, transparent, and affordable. We have standardized prices used for lawn mowing, based upon square footage. There are many variables that will increase or decrease the price but these are the general guidelines we use. These prices are per mowing service on a weekly or bi-weekly (every other week) schedule. We require all Customers to be on a weekly schedule from March till end of June. During the Summer you may switch to a biweekly schedule.

Variables That Will Affect The Price

Shape

A perfectly rectangular lawn will take a considerable amount of time less to mow in comparison to an odd shaped lawn with flowerbeds and obstacles scattered throughout.

Access

Small gates into backyards keep us from using larger mowing equipment, and increases the time it takes to mow the backyard if it is fenced in. Long driveways or addresses with limited parking for our truck and trailer setup, also increase the time it takes to perform service. A lawn right next to where the trailer parks is going to cost less.
